The Austin Motor Company was one of the British automotive industries that produced cars, military vehicles, taxis, ambulances, and aircrafts.

Austin Company was founded in 1905 by Herbert Austin or Sir Herbert who was also the former manager of Wolseley Tool and Motor Car Company. However under the Rover Group, Austin manufactured cars became marquee-less and was simply branded as Rovers until the end.
